COJOT completes antenna deliveries for NATO funded RCIED Jammer systems

We are extremely proud to announce that COJOT has successfully shipped a significant number of various antenna models that are used with a vehicle mounted RCIED Jammer system which was selected by NATO for the Future Afghan Sustainable Counter Measures (FASE) program.

The RCIED Jammer system was selected to provide counter measures against improvised explosive devices for the Afghan National Security Forces (ANSF) vehicles.

Multi-use antennas

COJOT has developed a multi use antenna concept that allows a quick platform change in rapidly changing field situations. The advantage of this smart installation solution is that no tools are needed for mounting the antenna to the different platforms.

This concept consists of  removable dipole radiator (for example the COJOT WD2250M-R antenna) and a smart mounting device, called MASTMO.

MASTMO is allowing a quick and easy fixed-site installation, e.g. to a composite mast (Ø 50 – 60 mm). The mast mount antenna solution is also offered as a separate product (see for example WD2250M-B).

They are easy to use in the field and it takes only a minute to move the radiator from the vehicle to the mast and vice versa.

Check this white paper for more information.

Actively matched vehicular antenna TA3925M

COJOT is expanding its smart antenna portfolio with the TA3925M, a steel-whip vehicular antenna with active matching. The TA3925M is the newest member in the COJOT Mission Adaptive Antenna Family. The antenna is specifically optimized for the 30-88 and 225-450 MHz bands. This low profile antenna can be tuned by remote control to use the optimum matching circuitry at the required frequency.

Key benefits:

  • Enhanced performance (+12 dB provides 4 times longer link length in free space )
  • Fast tuning to a new frequency band allows the antenna to be used in different kind of applications
  • Support of very wide transmission bandwidths
  • Durable steel whip radiator for a low visual signature

E1516 Heavy Duty GNSS Vehicle Antenna

COJOT is releasing the E1516, a heavy duty Global Navigation Satellite System (GNSS) Antenna for vehicle applications.

This highly rugged antenna supports GLONASS, GPS, Galileo & BeiDou and is therefore optimal for applications where support for multiple navigation systems is required.

The E1516 is equipped with an in-built low noise amplifier to enable long cable connections to the receiver.

In addition to the new E1516, COJOT also offers two heavy duty antennas for GPS applications, namely:

  • E1215 (Supports GPS L1 & L2)
  • E1500 (Supports GPS L1)
